EPAM Polyethersulfone (PES) Membrane

EPAM’s PES membrane adopts a patented asymmetric structure featuring uniform pore size and high porosity, making it widely suitable for medical, biopharmaceutical, food & beverage, and precision filtration applications. The PH grade has a highly asymmetric structure that provides ultra-high flow rate, low pressure drop, and excellent dirt-holding capacity, ideal for large-volume liquid processing and high-efficiency clarification. The PS grade has a standard asymmetric structure designed for high filtration efficiency and low diffusion rate, making it suitable for precise retention and critical process control.
EPAM PES membranes feature very low protein adsorption and low extractables, ensuring product purity and biocompatibility. They are compatible with multiple sterilization methods, including ETO, gamma irradiation, and electron beam irradiation, and can be autoclaved at both 121 °C and 134 °C, offering excellent processing and integration flexibility.
With high flow performance, stability, and safety, EPAM PES membranes have become a preferred material for many medical devices and advanced filtration applications.

EPAM ePTFE Microporous Membrane

EPAM’s ePTFE membrane is manufactured using advanced biaxial stretching technology, forming a highly uniform microporous structure with precisely controlled pore sizes ranging from 0.05 to 1 µm. PTFE provides exceptional heat resistance, chemical resistance, non-adhesion, and hydrophobic properties. Its node–fiber staggered structure delivers high porosity, uniform small pore size, and extremely low resistance, enabling high filtration efficiency at very low pressure drop.
EPAM ePTFE membranes effectively intercept bacteria and particles of specific sizes while offering high flow rate, high tensile strength, and excellent biological safety—ideal for air and liquid filtration that requires high reliability.
Additionally, EPAM provides hydrophilic ePTFE membranes, which are particularly suitable for water treatment, highly corrosive chemical filtration, and long-term stable filtration applications. With outstanding durability and precise microporous structure, EPAM ePTFE membranes are ideal for high-end industrial, medical, and environmental applications.
