EPAM launched antibacterial filters and its TOC control performance is proved on one of key TFT-LCD customers

EPAM launched its antibacterial filters in 2019. The filters are tested on a key TFT-LCD customers and its TOC control performance was certified after couple months evaluation. Bacterial growing in recirculating loop may cause defect in production of TFT-LCD.
Ozone or hydrogen peroxide are solutions to control organic increasing in cleaning loop. Antibacterial filters ensure customers can lower their cost of ownership. All it takes is replacing your current filters to antibacterial filters, without any hardware change. Customers found that the level of organic matter is controlled and defect are lowered.
